We are 100 per cent owned by our customers. Instead of paying out profits in the form of dividends to shareholders, we reinvest profits back into our business. This means our customers benefit from more competitive products, services and fees.

Nationwide reach

We have a national presence through 78 branches across Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Victoria and Western Australia. We provide 24-hour telephone banking and internet banking capabilities, CUA Direct - our Australian located contact centre, SMS banking and mobile lending.

Customers can use their CUA Visa debit cards, rediCARDS or Australia Post deposit cards to withdraw from or deposit into their CUA accounts at any Australia Post office displaying the Bank@Post logo.

We support the communities in which we operate and have a comprehensive Community Investment Program that is executed through a combination of major national partnerships and locally focused activity. Each CUA branch manages its own local community initiatives and nationally our partnerships include:
