Our company
CUA is Australia’s largest customer-owned financial institution, providing an extensive range of everyday banking products and services to over 400,000 customers across the country.
We are 100 per cent owned by our customers, so all profits are reinvested to deliver more competitive products, better interest rates and lower fees, rather than being paid out as dividends to shareholders.
We have a national presence through 71 branches across Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Victoria and Western Australia. Our customers have direct-charge free access to over 3,000 ATMs across the country through the rediATM network – one of the largest in Australia – and can also access banking services through the following channels:
- Internet and mobile banking
- 24/7 telephone banking
- CUA Direct (our Australian located contact centre)
- SMS banking
- Mobile lending
- Australia Post network – our customers can use their CUA Visa debit cards, rediCARDS or Australia Post deposit cards to withdraw from or deposit into their CUA accounts at any Australia Post office displaying the Bank@Post logo
