From 1 July 2010 CUA changed its BSB number to 814 282.
We did this to simplify our transaction processing systems and make them more flexible. In turn, this will help us to reduce costs and provide better services to our members.
Members who have existing cheque and deposit books encoded with the old BSB will be sent replacement books progressively from September 2010.
Members who have set up direct credits, such as their pay, into their accounts or pay their bills by direct debits need to advise the external organisations making or receiving those payments of the new BSB number. You need to supply the new BSB number and your eight-digit account number (not your membership number).
The old BSB will continue to operate for 12 months. However, we advise members to advise their direct debit or credit suppliers as soon as possible, to avoid being inconvenienced by misdirected debits and credits for their accounts.
For more information please read the BSB frequently asked questions.
If you have any question or need help in making these changes please call 133 282 between 8am and 8pm AEST Monday to Friday or 8am to 4pm Saturday, email BSB change or visit your nearest branch.
