At CUA, the opportunity to grow our organisation together is a core focus and we know to do this we need to invest in not just systems and processes but more importantly our people. We offer a dynamic, friendly and flexible work environment where living our values is important and investing in our people is a key priority.

We have a renewed focus on learning at CUA and have created new roles across the business to bring this to life including, a dedicated Learning and Development team. Employees are therefore benefiting from an increasing variety of learning initiatives, mentoring and coaching programmes.

To help our people become change agents in their local communities, we provide them with one paid day a year to volunteer at a community group or charity. They can spend their day working on one of the projects that we currently support or other worthwhile cause of their choice.

Our people also have access to a number of staff benefits including a wellness program (including annual flu vaccination) and concession rates on a number of CUA products (eligibility conditions apply).
