With online services you can

• Register to access Online Services
• Activate your membership
• View/change your membership details
• Pay a one-off premium payment by credit card
• View/print your tax statements
• Order a new membership card

Your family and friends can also apply for a CUA Health Membership.

LOGIN TO ONLINE SERVICES

Register to access Online Services

• Simply enter your details on the registration page.
• We will then confirm your details against our records and forward a letter with your activation code to your postal address. 
• You will have 10 days to activate your membership.

REGISTER FOR ONLINE SERVICES

Activate your membership

• Once you receive your activation code enter your member number and password and login. 
• The screen will then drop down an extra field for you to re-enter your member number, password and also include your activation code.
• Once you have registered and activated your membership you may login at any time.
