The Australian Government provides a rebate on the cost of private health insurance. Persons eligible for Medicare and who hold a private health insurance product may be eligible for the rebate. The rebate tier applicable to your personal situation is dependant on family status, age and income.
With CUA Health online services you can manage your account anytime!
Once registered, you will have convenient access to a wide-range of self-serve features 24 hours a day!
You can elect to pay premiums up to 12 months in advance. Paying premiums in advance prior to 1 April each year will delay the impact of any potential 1 April premium increases until you next pay premiums. You can use online services to pay one-off premium payments by credit card. Policies are automatically cancelled if premiums are more than two months in arrears. If you have paid your premiums in advance, please ensure you have checked and adjusted your rebate tier prior to your next premium due date.
Remember you can make changes to your policy using online services.
We’d like to be the first to know if you are not happy with something to do with our products or services. We’d also like to know if there is anything else that affects your satisfaction as a customer, or if you simply believe that we can do something better.
If ever you are not happy, you should tell us. By telling us, you give us the best possible opportunity of fixing things. We like our customers to be happy but we can’t help if we don’t know something has upset you!
CUA is bound by the NPPs which are ten principles that deal with the obligations of most of the private sector (ie non-government entities) in relation to the collection, use, storage of, and access to personal information of individuals. CUA's forms and procedures are consistent with the NPP's.
