Occasionally, some CUA members face financial difficulty. This can happen as a result of circumstances such as:

• Reduced working hours
• Illness
• Relationship breakdown.

Whatever the case, CUA can offer financial hardship assistance to members facing these difficulties.

Can anyone use this service?

Yes. All members of CUA can use the financial hardship assistance service in times of financial difficulty. CUA is committed to assisting and supporting any members who face financial hardship.

CUA’s relief package allows maximum flexibility for members suffering financial hardship. For example, members who have lost their jobs have options to reduce the stress of finding the money to service their loans.
