Be rewarded for your loyalty and receive a discounted home loan interest rate

CUA home loan customers* who borrow $250,000 or more after three years will be eligible for a special interest rate loyalty discount. The loyalty discount brings the rate down to:

5.65% p.a.

The loyalty discount is applied automatically to the Discount Variable Rate home loan for applicable* customers who maintain a home loan with CUA for a minimum of three years from the original loan issue date.

Once you qualify for the loyalty discount, you retain the discount for the life of the loan.

  • Eligible if loan maintained with CUA for a minimum of 3 years from the original loan issue date.
  • Loyalty discount applied automatically to the Discount Variable Rate Home Loan.
  • Once member qualifies they will retain the discount for the life of the loan.
  • Reduction rate and availability of the loyalty discount is at CUA's discretion and can be changed at anytime.
