CUA offers a dedicated account switching service, making it easy for you to change your banking to us.
Follow these three easy steps to switch your accounts and discover the CUA difference:
- If you are not an existing CUA member, download and complete a membership application form (PDF File, 349.5 KB).
- Ask your current financial institution for an account switching statement. This statement lists your regular direct debits and direct credits – payments that are made directly to or from your current bank account. Using this information, complete the switch to CUA form (PDF File, 174.5 KB). We can then notify the relevant organisations on your behalf that you have switched your account to CUA. If you prefer, you can do it yourself using the following letters:
- Complete and sign all the forms and give them to us – we’ll organise the rest!
