Loyalty rewards
Like to be rewarded for your loyalty? Well now you can! Hold a CUA home loan for three years or more and you could be rewarded with a special interest rate discount.
Once you become eligible, you can take advantage of discounts on our standard variable and discount variable rate loans.
You do not need to apply. Three years from the date of approval of your home loan, you will automatically start receiving the discount reward if you have one of the two applicable products. Once you qualify, the discount will remain for the life of your loan, provided you retain your loan in the relevant qualifying product.
If you currently have a fixed rate loan with CUA and have maintained if for at least three years and you switch to either the standard or discount variable rate loan when your fixed term expires, you will still be eligible to receive the loyalty discount.
A reduction of 0.25% off the current advertised rate
- eligibility - if loan maintained with CUA for a min 3 years from original loan issue date
- loyalty discounts applied automatically
- once member qualifies they will retain the discount for the life of the loan
- loyalty discount will only be available while the loan remains a standard variable (.25% reduction) or discount variable (.20% reduction)
- the reduction rate and availability of the loyalty discount is at CUA's discretion and can be changed at anytime
