Rob Nicholls Rob Nicholls

Rob's understanding of the history, values, environment and challenges of credit unions comes from over 25 years experience working in mutual financial institutions. Rob has been integral in the expansion and growth of the credit union and is committed to the future of CUA's position within the Australian financial services market. His current position within CUA makes him directly responsible for the areas of insurance, travel, payments, people and culture, strategy and governance. In addition, he is Company Secretary of CUA and is a Director and Chair of Cuscal Limited.

Geoff has worked in the financial services industry for over 23 years, predominantly in regional banks. This includes ten years with the Bank of Queensland and seven years with Bendigo Bank. During his career he has held various roles in treasury and finance related areas and has been involved in many business wide re-engineering and change management processes.

Andrew's knowledge and appreciation of the finance industry comes from more than 17 years working in a broad and diverse range of retail banking positions. He has played an integral role in the development of the various strategies that have resulted in CUA's remarkable growth and position it today as the leader in the mutual financial services sector. His major areas of responsibility include marketing, financial planning, lending and process improvement.

Dennis’s finance industry experience has been developed from more than 12 years working in a range of retail banking and credit management positions. He was directly involved in leading the significant organic sales growth of CUA through the 1990s after which he built a successful international training and development consultancy from start-up and over six years developed a client list of Fortune 500 and other multinational organisations. His major areas of responsibility include retail banking and business development.
