It sets out:
- who we are
- how we can be contacted
- what financial services we are authorised to provide
- who we are representing if we are acting as an authorised representative
- what the remuneration (commission) arrangements are
- what our relationship is to any product issuers and
- what our dispute resolutions scheme is and how to access it
