Newcastle United Jets soar with CUA sponsorship

The Newcastle United Jets will be soaring this season with Credit Union Australia’s (CUA) decision to come on as corporate events sponsor of the club over the 07/08 season.
CUA Managing Director Mr Graham Olrich said Australia’s largest credit union would be supporting the local soccer team through a $22,000 sponsorship deal.
“It’s exciting to get behind our local sports team which members of the community are so passionate about – both the sport and the players,” Mr Olrich said.
“On top of our sponsorship deal, CUA is donating an extra $250 towards the Jets’ preferred charity, Wesley Mission Newcastle, for every home loan funded to club members and friends through our Maitland and Kotara branches. Loan applicants simply need to mention the Jets on their application.”
To launch the Hyundai A-League 07/08 football season ALL MEDIA ARE INVITED to attend the Newcastle United Jets Media Party which will preclude the Jets’ first match of the season on August 26.
