Need some help?

We are always happy to answer any questions you may have.

To be eligible for a rebate on CUA’s international card transaction fees (excluding rediCARDinternational transactions fees) and CUA’s international ATM withdrawal fees, you need to deposit $2000 or more each month into your Everyday Snap Account from a non-CUA bank account and make at least 5 purchases using your CUA Visa Debit card each month too. The Visa Debit card transactions need to be settled and not in a pending status. This means a card transaction performed on the last couple of days of the month, may not yet be settled and will not count towards that month (rather it will count towards the month in which it is settled).

ATM withdrawals, balance enquiries, Bank@Post transaction, cash advances and EFTPOS cash out only transactions do not count as a Visa Debit card purchase transaction..

Rebate of CUA’s Visa Debit International Card Transaction fees, including for overseas online purchases, together with any CUA Overseas ATM Withdrawal fees are included. Also, any CUA Overdrawn Fees charged during the month will be rebated too.

Fees are generally charged at the time of the transaction and rebated back to your account on the first day of the next calendar month provided you’ve met the rebate criteria.

Any fee rebates are calculated on the last working day of the calendar month and are applied to your account overnight ready for you to see in your digital banking on the first day of the next month.

You'll need your CUA member number and Web Access Code (WAC) to log on.

Just log in, select ‘My Cards’ and enter the requested information. You'll then be sent a one-time password and as soon as this is entered, your card will be ready to use.
Remember, you only need to activate your card if it’s your first debit card with CUA or a replacement of a card that’s been lost, stolen or damaged. If it’s a replacement for an existing card about to reach its expiry date, the you don’t need to activate it and your current personal identification number (PIN) is still valid.

A PayID is a simpler way to identify your CUA account so you can receive instant payments from other participating Australian financial institutions. Your PayID can be your mobile number, email address or ABN (if you’re a busines).
