Don’t forget to switch your payments too.

Let us help you switch your direct debits and credits

  • Forward your new CUA account details to your employer’s payroll team

Switching payments (such as Direct Debits and BPAY payments) is quick and easy to do yourself using our Switching Made Simple guide. However, if you’re short on time or need a little help, we can switch some payments for you. You just need to give us the go ahead first.

To let CUA help switch your direct credits and debits:

Complete a switch of regular payment form.
  • Please keep in mind it can take 2-4 weeks depending on billing cycles and response time of your old bank, however it does save you the effort.

BPAY or periodical payments - If you’d like to do it yourself, you can set up regular BPAY or periodical payments in CUA Online Banking. You’ll then have to cancel the same payments from your previous bank account via their online banking.

To update payments to or from companies – log in to your online account for each company via their website or give them a call and request they change your bank account or debit card details.

Ensure your direct debits/credits, recurring debit card payments and share dividends are updated.
