If you need to reset your WAC (Web Access Code), you can do this via CUA Online Banking if you have registered a secure mobile number or email address, along with Security Questions.
You will need:
- CUA Online Banking access. Register here.
- CUA Member number or email address
- CUA Security Questions set up
To reset your WAC:
From the CUA Online Banking login page under ‘Having trouble logging in?’, click on the ‘Reset your WAC’ button.
Enter your ‘Member number’ and ‘Date of birth’, then press the ‘Continue’ button.
You’ll be sent a one-time security code to your registered mobile phone/email. Enter that code in the ‘Security code’ box and click the ‘Continue’ button.
Next, enter the answer to one of the Security Questions you have registered with us and press the ‘Continue’ button.
In the ‘New WAC’ box, enter a new Web Access Code. Your WAC should have numbers, letters and special characters or symbols. Then enter it again in the ‘Confirm New WAC’ box. Click the ‘Reset your WAC’ button.
A confirmation message should appear across the top stating your WAC was reset successfully.
