To save time, you can activate your CUA Visa Debit card, rediCARD and Credit Card in online banking.
It’s easy – simply log in to online banking, select ‘My Cards’ and enter the requested information. You'll then be sent a one-time password. As soon as this is entered, your card will be ready to use. Once activated, you can also change your card's PIN in the 'My Cards' menu.
Remember, you only need to activate your card if it’s your first debit card with CUA or a replacement of a card that’s been lost, stolen or damaged. If it’s a replacement for an existing card about to reach its expiry date, then you don’t need to activate it and your current personal identification number (PIN) is still valid.
