How the iM CUA app works

Download and install the iM CUA app
Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play store and search “iM CUA”. Install the app.
Login with your Member Number and WAC
Once installed, login with your CUA Member Number and WAC (Web Access Code). Don’t know these? Contact our team on 1800 931 411.
Choose your CUA Personal Banker
Read the profiles and choose the CUA Personal Banker who’s a good match for you. Start chatting with them about your banking and insurance questions.

If you are unsure of your Member Number. It can be found in ‘Settings/Personal details’ within CUA Mobile Banking. Your WAC (Web Access Code) is the alphanumeric passcode you use to access CUA Online or Mobile Banking. Still not sure? Contact the iM CUA team on 1800 931 411.
