Need some help?

You'll need your CUA member number and Web Access Code (WAC) to log on. If you don't have a WAC, call us on 133 282 or drop into your local branch.

You can download the CUA Mobile Banking app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

To save time, you can activate your CUA Visa Debit card or rediCARD in online banking.

Just log in, select ‘My Cards’ and enter the requested information. You'll then be sent a one-time password and as soon as this is entered, your card will be ready to use.
Remember, you only need to activate your card if it’s your first debit card with CUA or a replacement of a card that’s been lost, stolen or damaged. If it’s a replacement for an existing card about to reach its expiry date, the you don’t need to activate it and your current personal identification number (PIN) is still valid.

You can also activate your card in any CUA branch or by calling us on 133 282.

A PayID is a simpler way to identify your CUA account so you can receive instant payments from other participating Australian financial institutions. Your PayID can be your mobile number, email address or ABN (if you’re a busines). Once it’s set up, give your easy-to-remember PayID, instead of your BSB and account number, to anyone transferring money to your CUA account. Your CUA account also allows you to make instant transfers to other people’s PayIDs.

You can create a PayID and make instant payments using CUA Online Banking.
